In the prefecture of Arta, with its rich cheesemaking tradition, the Bafas family’s cheese dairy has been operating since 1965. Since then and to this day, it continues to produce traditional cheese products made from pure milk from the region, excellent feta cheese and unique hard and semi-hard cheese, which represent, moreover, a tradition in Epirus, such as kefalotyri, pecorino and kefalograviera.
