The company “Biscotti” is active in the field of pastry making following the family tradition that began in 1936.

The company produces a wide range of products that exceeds 100 types of cookies and biscuits, sweet and savory brioches, and various seasonal items. Recently the company has enriched its range with syrupy sweets.

Of particular importance is the traditional method of preparing the products, based on selected and pure raw materials, following the recipes created 80 years ago and continuing to create based on the needs of its customers and the buying public.

The privately owned facilities of “Biscotti”, located in Thessaloniki, were created in 2003 according to all the required specifications and are equipped with modern machinery in order to ensure the safe production of its products.

Production complies with all the Hygiene Rules of the Greek and International Legislation, while an integrated quality assurance system BS EN ISO 22000/2005 is applied.
