The company TSATSAKIS S.A. began operating as a family business in 1998 in the village of Stavrakia, Heraklion, founded by the five brothers of the Tsatsakis family. Four years later, the family business grew through the establishment of the first factory with a surface area of 1,200 m2 in 2002. A year later, due to the popularity of the company’s products and an increased demand for them on the market, a second privately owned factory was established with modern facilities with a surface area of 1,700 m2 at the 10th km of the Heraklion – Moiron National Road.
The company TSATSAKIS S.A. produces traditional bread products, using pure raw materials and production processes which comply with quality management and food safety regulations.
From the start of its operations, the staff and the management have been committed to maintaining the traditional and homemade nature of the products, ensuring their quality and their improvement with innovative products always based on the principles of Cretan nutrition.
