The corfiot nouboulo “foumikado” is a high quality product produced with the secret recipe of the Lavranos family. Pork meat, marinated in herbs and spices of the corfiot land, wrapped in intestine and smoked with aromatic branches of the island like sage, bay leaves etc. Nouboulo is considered a delicate appetizer, ideal when offered with fresh vegetables and fruits in salads especially during summer.
NOUBOULO FROM BEEF MEAT COREFU VAC 250gr
The beef nouboulo is another special product of the Lavranos family. Very similar to the traditional nouboulo instead that it is made with beef meat also marinated and smoked like the pork one. Nouboulo is considered a delicate appetizer, ideal when offered with fresh vegetables and fruits in salads especially during summer.
ORIGINAL SALADO FROM CORFU VAC 250 gr
A local traditional salami, the corfiot salado is produced from excellent quality pork and beef meat, a lot of pepper and salt. It is hanged to dry and smoked with aromatic branches from Corfu according to the family recipe. A very special local delicacy can make an excellent appetizer with wine, tsipouro and ouzo.
