An exceptional cheese of long maturation. This hard yellow cheese  has small halls and slightly salty buttery and complete taste.  The special milk of the area gives the cheese its special taste.

A characteristic cretan cheese from sheep or goat whey with the addition of fresh milk. It has a rich, fresh sweet taste of fresh butter.  Its color is white  and its texture is firm with small holes.  Also unique are the thyme and throumpi versions.

A special cretan product from sheep or goat whey with the addition of fresh milk. Tangy and fresh with acid flavor. A soft cheese that matures for 2 months .
