The Pagonis company is situated in Erythres Attiki and is activated in cheese and milk production for more than 45 years. Keeping long term and trustful cooperations with local farmers it has full control of the quality of raw material in all stages. The farmers are in constant cooperation with the company’s personnel and get advice in nutrition matters and animal housing conditions. The final quality control takes place daily in the certified laboratory which operates within the unit.

Produced from sheep and goat’s pasteurized milk, it is placed in wooden barrels in order to mature. Then it is cut in triangle pieces. It has an intense tangy flavor .
FETA CHEESE PDO PAGONI TIN 15 kg
Produced from sheep and goat’s milk the Pagoni’s feta cheese matures in wooden barrels and tins for more than 4 months obtaining its rich flavor and aromas.
DRY MIZITHRA PAGONI 1 kg
Dry mizithra from sheep ang goat whey with the addition of fresh milk. Rich with buttery and milky taste, it matures for two months.
PAGONI ANTHOTIRO VACUUM 200 gr
Anthotiro is produced from sheep or goat’s whey with the addition of fresh milk. Fresh, sweet, buttery taste is a light cheese ideal also for creams and sweet recipes.
